{I have had problems with the hot water and heating system for years,noisy,poor pressure from certain taps and water discharges from vent pipes.The boiler and various parts have been replaced by different plumbers over the years but never very satisfactory.I very fortunately was introduced to Andy by a friend who also has had problems that Andy had resolved. Andy diagnosed various problems that others had missed!Andy quoted for the work which was very reasonable and subsequently carried out the job. {Andy had an inital check to see the work that needed to be carried out. He suggested going for a compact Worcester boiler to fit in my kitchen and keep it hidden. Communication was great as he replied promplty. He arrived on time and took time to answer all my questions. All the work was performed on the time he allocated and he left everything tidy once the work was finished. The quality of his work is very good and I am pleased with the final results. He also took time to register the boiler and gave a brief explanation on the main functions of the boiler. I will definitely call him again.
